Placing the order and shipping

After you register your customer information and submit your shopping cart, we will confirm your order via email. All items in stock will ship within 24 hrs. In order to keep our prices low, the majority of products are drop-shipped directly by our distributors. Default shipping method is UPS Ground. Expedited shipping may be requested. Shipping charges are not under our control. Expedited shipping is also available upon request. Taxes will be applied to orders from Maryland. Cost of shipping and taxes will be added to the invoice.  

Returns and Refunds

For the protection and safety of our customers, medical supplies cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We sell only new products, factory sealed and shipped directly to the consumer. This policy is for YOUR PROTECTION. For your safety, we have instituted a policy of no returns, no refunds on all medical supplies and equipment. Non-medical supplies that have not been opened may be returned at your expense with a 15% restocking fee. Items that have been opened maybe subject to additional fees. If your package arrives damaged-DO NOT accept it. If an item is defective, please inform us immediately after receipt so we can help you. Call us at (301) 527-8711.

Warranties

Most products carry a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer of the item for warranty claims. Some products are considered one-time use and are not covered by a warranty. We will make every effort to assist you if a warranty claim arises. Please remember that we cannot alter the manufacturers warranty terms.
